Every site starts from your words, your photographs and what your customers need to find first, never from a template. Before we build anything, you choose from design directions: different first screens for your business. If none is right, we design a fresh set at no cost.

Online shops
A shop is designed the same way, with card payments going straight to your own Stripe account and nothing to us per sale. You add products, change prices and mark things sold out yourself.
What every shop includes
- Up to 50 productsEach with options such as size or colour, and photos. Larger ranges are quoted in your proposal.
- Payments to your own Stripe accountCustomers pay by card and the money goes to you. Stripe’s card fees are the only cost per sale.
- Delivery and discount codesDelivery charges by zone, and codes for offers.
- Order emailsTo you and to your customer, for every order.
- Edit your own productsAdd products, change prices and mark things sold out yourself.
- Shop support, every monthHelp with payments and order emails, and fixes when your payment provider changes something.
Extras, each listed in your proposal before any work starts: gift vouchers, click and collect and local delivery, and loading your products from a spreadsheet or your old shop.

The search basics are part of every build, not an extra.
- Page titles and descriptionsWritten for each page, so Google has good ones to show.

No one can promise a position in Google. We make sure your site gives it everything it needs.
Moving from your current site
Already have a website? We carry your pages and content across and point every old address at its new page, so links and Google rankings aren’t lost. Moving your current site is quoted in your proposal by how many addresses it has.
Questions
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and if you leave we hand over the code, the content and every image, at no cost.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. You get your own login to edit text, photos, products and opening hours, and every change can be undone. For anything bigger, ask us: the Care and Priority plans include changes each month.
I already have a website. Can you move it?
Yes. We carry your content across and point every old address at its new page, so links and Google rankings aren’t lost.
What does selling online cost on top?
Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe’s card fees and nothing to us per sale.
Who owns the customer and order data?
You do. It’s stored in your site’s own database, and if you leave we hand over a full export.
Can you move my products from my old shop?
Yes. We load your products, options and images from a spreadsheet or your old shop’s export. Past orders and customer accounts aren’t moved.
What happens to my email?
Nothing changes. We copy your email settings before the new site goes live, so nothing is interrupted.
