Sub-processors

Effective date: 29 October 2026.

These are the main companies we use to run our own website and our clients' websites. Each is bound by a contract that protects the information it handles. We also use software providers that help us build and maintain websites. Each client's agreement lists every provider that handles their customers' information.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We tell clients by email before we add or replace a provider. To be told about changes, or to object to a new provider, email hello@webacedesign.co.uk.
