Every plan has a 12-month minimum, then runs monthly with 30 days’ notice. You can move up a plan at any time, and down after the minimum term. Your proposal shows the price of each plan. Running a shop? Every shop’s plan includes Shop support: help with payments and order emails.

We don’t publish prices here. Every site has a fixed price, written down in your proposal before any work starts. This is what decides it.

The terms, plainly

  • A fixed price, in writingYour proposal states what we’ll build, when, and the price. It doesn’t change unless you ask for more.
  • Half to startHalf of the build is paid to book the work in, and your proposal says when the rest is due.
  • VATPrices in your proposal are shown with and without VAT.

Questions

How much does a website cost?

Every site is quoted for the business it’s for. Tell us what you need and you’ll get a proposal with a fixed price in writing, before any work starts.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and if you leave we hand over the code, the content and every image, at no cost.

Can I change things myself?

Yes. You get your own login to edit text, photos, products and opening hours, and every change can be undone. For anything bigger, ask us: the Care and Priority plans include changes each month.

What happens to my email?

Nothing changes. We copy your email settings before the new site goes live, so nothing is interrupted.

What if my site goes down?

We check it every hour, so we know straight away and fix it. On the Priority plan, problems on your site are looked at first.

What does selling online cost on top?

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe’s card fees and nothing to us per sale.
